Optimizing local retail: migration from bloated WordPress to Astro + Cloudflare Workers

The client relied on a WordPress theme with dozens of plugins. We migrated to Astro SSR on Cloudflare Workers, isolated content in a lightweight CMS, and removed unnecessary JavaScript from the critical path. The result was sub-second delivery and contact forms that convert better on mobile.
